Water Aerobics!
The pool is open again and I'm back to water aerobics. I think it is my favorite form of exercise. I can do it and not be sore for days. The moves are simple enough that you can do all the moves and degree of difficulty is only determined by yourself. You can really kick your own butt! If there is a class, I'll be there.

Go lady go!! I think it's awesome that you've found some kind of exercise that you enjoy. I need to do the same thing.
